By accessing or using TAGZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

TAGZ is a social coordination app that allows users to create and join events with friends. The service includes map-based event discovery, friend management, and push notifications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use TAGZ (in accordance with Austrian DSGVO provisions regarding the age of digital consent). By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

TAGZ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content or real-world events coordinated through the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TAGZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under Austrian or EU law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
